We help you set up your account
When you come on board, we walk you through setting up your own database account — no technical background needed. It's free at your scale, and it's real, with your organization's name on it, not ours.
You give us one key to connect
We walk you through copying a single key from your account's settings into an encrypted field in your dashboard — that's what lets us build, host, and maintain your site. We never create a separate account in our own name and copy your records into it.
You can cut off our access anytime
Regenerate that key in your own account settings whenever you want, and our access ends immediately. Your members, dues history, event calendar, and financial records stay exactly where they already are — in your account.
What this means if you ever leave
Our hope is to earn your organization's trust for years to come — to be so genuinely useful that leaving never crosses your mind. That said, should you ever choose to go a different direction, your database stays exactly where it's always lived: in your own account, under your own name. You can end our access at any moment by regenerating the key you gave us when you connected — the same key our systems use today simply stops working the instant you do, and every member record, every dollar tracked, and every bit of history is still there, reachable through your own account whether or not our software is involved anymore.
